Thermal, visual and laboratory evidence are recorded against the same sample record and never merged into a single invented score.

Archived daily minimum and maximum temperature for the orchard coordinates, accumulated from bloom to analysis date.
Visual
Server-side image classification of fruit samples, storing the raw model confidence alongside the operating threshold.
Laboratory
Dry-matter measurements recorded against the same sample, so lab results sit next to field and model evidence.
Packhouse operating system
Intake, sampling and assessment share one record structure, so a decision made at the door can be re-examined weeks later without reassembling context.
